Please include: your account email, the extension version (visible at the bottom of the popup), your operating system + Chrome version, and a short description of what you tried and what happened.
Common issues
"Sign in" fails
Confirm you can sign in to app.gnbedge.in with the same credentials. The extension uses the same backend.
Check that you're online and your firewall isn't blocking https://api.app.gnbedge.in.
"Connect Fleet Portal" does nothing or fails
Make sure a tab is open and signed in to your fleet telematics portal.
When Chrome prompts for the fleet portal host permission, click Allow. Without this, the extension cannot read the session token.
If you previously denied the permission, re-grant it: chrome://extensions → gnbedge → Details → "Site access" → enable for the fleet portal host.
Tasks aren't updating
The extension polls task status every 2 minutes. Open the popup and click Process Tasks Now to trigger an immediate refresh.
If the fleet portal session token has expired, you will see a notification. Click Connect Fleet Portal again to refresh it.
"This extension is not installed" still shows on the web app after installing
Reload the onboarding page (Ctrl+Shift+R for a hard refresh).
If detection still doesn't work, click the "I've installed it" confirmation checkbox to continue.
